At Blanche Salon, we take pride in offering premium wigs, hair bundles, and beauty products. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we have a firm policy regarding returns and refunds.
All Sales Are Final on Opened or Used Products
For the health and safety of our customers, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products that have been:
* Opened
* Worn or tried on
* Altered, styled, or washed
* Removed from original packaging
Please ensure you are fully satisfied with your selection before opening or using any product.
Store Credit for Unopened & Unused Products
We offer store credit only for items that meet all of the following conditions:
* The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
* The return is requested within 7 days of delivery
* Proof of purchase, such as order number or receipt is provided
If approved, a store credit will be issued for the original product amount (shipping fees are non-refundable).
